- Align a check to key risks: Skodel worked with LINAK Pacific leadership to identify key areas of risk relevant to their workplace and aligned this to a 1 minute check
- Send 1 minute check via Teams: The check was sent to staff via Microsoft Teams and email
- Risk assessment is populated: Skodel’s risk calculator populated a psychosocial risk assessment with scores next to each hazard based on prevalence and subjective impact.
